What is VFP?
Viewfinder Film Productions (VFP) Inc. is a marketing and production company headquartered in Toronto devoted to the international promotion of creators, especially those of South Asian descent - no matter where they are in the world.
VFP offers comprehensive consulting services for the Film and TV industries, assisting writers, directors & producers with sending their films to international festivals, developing their scripts to gain better access to foreign markets, and capturing the attention of investors for new projects. VFP has also produced sold-out events featuring South Asian artists and 3 award-winning short films that have played at prestigious international film festivals. The company is currently in the process of developing new film and TV projects with a focus on South Asian content for international platforms.
Formerly known as Viewfinder Film Consulting (VFC), the company was established in 2016 by Dilani Rabindran, and since then Dilani has creatively consulted on & represented 40+ films, securing over 120 official selections at some of the world’s most popular film festivals. Many VFP films also went on to Indian National Awards and are now available on international streaming sites such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
